What To Expect

Renewal's Sunday morning services are held in The Roxy Theater in downtown Longview at 1101 Commerce Avenue. 

Our gatherings begin around 10:00am with some congregational singing and communion followed by a fellowship break where our kids are sent upstairs to their children’s church classes. Typically we have a 30 minute sermon from the scriptures followed by some small group discussion time and/or more worship and prayer time.

This summer we will pepper in some outdoor church dates as well as some community service projects so be sure to check the summer calendar before showing up.

Families With Children

We believe it is important for our kids to take part in as much of our church as possible, so they stay in the theater during the music time and are dismissed to their classes during the teaching time (ages 3 through 5th grade). Here are some helpful things to know for when you arrive:

- The nursery is available upstairs for infants up to 3 years old starting at the beginning of service. They can be checked in either at the check in station downstairs or the one in the nursery classroom and will need to be picked up and checked back out after service.

- Children ages 3 - Kindergarten, along with 1st - 5th grade will be dismissed to class during the fellowship break. There is a check in station set up right outside the auditorium to check your kids in to class either before service or at the break. 3-6yr olds will need to be checked out of class by their parents, 1st-5th graders will return to their parents once service ends.
